The scope of our engineering team covers the following points:

Design, programming, implementation, and commissioning of control logic in PLC (Allen & Bradley,
Siemens, Phoenix Contact, among others).

Design, programming, implementation, and commissioning of industrial graphic terminal applications:
(Allen & Bradley, Siemens, Phoenix Contact, among others). -
Design, programming, implementation, and commissioning of SCADA Systems (FactoryTalk View,
Wonderware, Visu +, among others).

Design, administration, and management of SQL databases for storage of production data (Orders,
Recipes, Consumption of Raw Materials, etc.), process data (Log of process variables, status of main
processes, etc.) , and maintenance data (hours of use of electrical equipment, administration of
preventive maintenance, etc.).

Design, programming, implementation, and commissioning of MES Systems (InterDB), for the
administration of orders, recipes, and management of raw materials in plant, with the possibility of
generating production reports, creating customized windows, and creating customized reports.

Integration between control systems (SCADA, MES) and ERP systems (SAP, M3, etc.).

Design, programming, implementation, and commissioning of production data analysis systems
(InterWEB) through web applications.

Integration of data from main machines (Extruder, Dryer, Oil, Cooler, Packaging, etc.) with local control
systems to existing SCADA systems.

Supply, assembly, and installation of control panels and electrical panels.
Fish Feed
INTERTEC ENGINEERING DIVISION’s core competencies in the fish feed area are design, manufacturing and delivery of automation and control systems as well as MCC starter control panels, IO panels with or without local SCADA control, and server and client operator PC’s for control rooms.
INTERTEC ENGINEERING DIVISION delivers systems for handling separate machines or lines, and turnkey solutions for factories.
Dairy
INTERTEC ENGINEERING DIVISION’s core competencies in the dairy area are design, manufacturing and delivery of automation and control systems for turnkey solutions or upgrade of a single line or a separate machine.
We will provide a complete solution with main distribution panels, MCC starter control panels, IO panels with or without local SCADA control as well as server and client operator PC’s for control rooms.
